Bella Bambino Nanny Story
Hello and Welcome! My name is Rebecca Howard and I am the founder of Bella Bambino Nannies. I am a former nanny, a wife, and mother of twins!
I founded Bella Bambino Nannies in order to raise the bar in the nanny industry. Having been a nanny for several years in San Diego, I encountered first hand the astounding lack of screening performed by some nanny agencies most of which had come highly recommended to me as "professional" services. I was shocked to find that my background and references had not been checked by several screening agencies. Throughout this process, I often thought that one day I would create a service that provided families with a more professional option for finding nanny care.
In 2002, after much research and planning, Bella Bambino Nannies was born! I began working with clients in order to fulfill their desire to find loving, caring, experienced individuals to assist with the children and household. My clients were happy and they shared my enthusiasm! Bella Bambino Nannies quickly spread from client to client and with each successful placement the referrals would come. How exciting that after just a few years, the company has grown by leaps and bounds and now is fully staffed and servicing all of Southern California!
In February of 2003, my twins Spencer and Reghan were born. They are the light of my life! Becoming a mom, I learned first hand that trusting a nanny to care for your children is a very difficult thing to do! I draw from my experience as a mother while I am conducting nanny screenings and working with my clients. My clients are always so happy to know that I too am a mother; I share your concerns and your worries. I also understand the fear and guilt that often accompanies leaving your child with a caregiver. My personal goal is to ensure that you are happy and comfortable with the process. My staff and I walk you through the process, answering any questions you may have and offering you our insight and encouragement.
Bella Bambino Nannies has grown so much, yet we continue to have a very personal and intimate feel. Perhaps it is because we will always go out of our way to help a client. We make ourselves available to you virtually any day and any time... You can be assured that when you decide to use Bella Bambino Nannies, you will have access to our representatives and resources 7 days a week should you need us!
